Because our website booking infrastructure is powered by WebHotelier, this policy also covers how data transfers seamlessly to secure transactional environments.

  2. Identification Documents: Passport numbers, National ID details, and country of issuance (legally mandated for short-term rental tax and security registration in Greece).

  3. Reservation Context: Check-in/check-out dates, total number of accompanying guests, and explicitly requested stay preferences.

  4. Financial Transaction Data: Credit card or alternative payment card parameters securely collected during checkout.


3. Legal Basis and How We Use Your Data

We process data relying upon defined legal frameworks established by Article 6 of the GDPR:

  1. Performance of a Contract: To manage, confirm, alter, or complete your villa accommodation booking, process security damage balances, and facilitate real-time communication regarding stay logistics.

  2. Compliance with a Legal Obligation: To satisfy statutory Greek tourism and tax laws. In accordance with Greek Law 4446/2016, we are legally required to register guest identities and passport strings with the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) registry portal following checkout.

  3. Consent: To distribute updates, promotional materials, or newsletters via digital marketing channels, provided you explicitly select to opt-in. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.

  4. Legitimate Interests: To dispatch post-checkout satisfaction surveys, analyze guest feedback trends, and optimize our physical hospitality services and digital interface quality.


4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not distribute, lease, sell, or trade your personal information to unauthorized third parties or standalone commercial platforms. 

To ensure seamless transactional capability, your data is handled via dedicated third-party services:

  1. Redirection to WebHotelier: All core reservation mechanics, reservation handling databases, and payment engine processors are directly delegated to WebHotelier (WebHotelier Holdings Ltd). When interacting with transactional interfaces, your personal data and credit card protocols pass onto WebHotelier’s heavily encrypted, secure network infrastructure.

  2. Internal Operational Management: Authorized staff at Mani Prime Living process your contact strings, scheduling limits, and preference logs exclusively to coordinate greeting logistics and on-site hospitality.


5. Security and Data Retention

We maintain strict technical and operational safeguards to preserve the confidentiality of your personal information. Your records are retained continuously within active files until all open accounts, check-out audits, potential liability assessments, or reservation disputes have been formally cleared and finalized.

 Once the relationship requirements conclude, records are securely archived or permanently expunged.


6. Your Statutory Rights Under the GDPR

If you are an EU citizen or reside within the EEA, you hold specific statutory rights under data protection legislation, including:

  1. The right to request Access to your stored personal dataset.

  2. The right to demand the Rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal elements.

  3. The right to request the Erasure of data ("The Right to be Forgotten").

  4. The right to Object to Processing or restrict handling limits in certain conditions.
