Aethera was never conceived as a venture it was a return. After establishing our company in Greece in 1986 and welcoming our first child here in 1993, the country became part of our family’s fabric.
We were consistently drawn to Mani, and to Kardamyli in particular, for its authenticity, understated elegance, and rare balance of vibrancy without excess. Aethera emerged from that enduring connection: a contemporary residence wrapped in time-honoured stone, designed to sit effortlessly within the landscape while offering modern refinement within.
Family-owned and deeply personal, it is not a house built for display, but for permanence a private home shaped by decades of belonging.

Kardamyli remains one of the Peloponnese’s most refined enclaves authentic, cultivated, and refreshingly unspoiled. Excellent tavernas, independent boutiques, olive groves and crystalline waters define the rhythm of life here.
The estate sits one kilometre from the village and one kilometre from the sea, close to a string of quiet beaches near enough to wander in, far enough to disappear.
